- Experience in auditing in two directions: starting from order / specification till product / service delivered, and in the oposite direction in case of problems or incidents.
- Capability to audit the relation between the customer and the supplier, seen through the spectacles of the customer (your own organization) and your supplier.
- Ability to audit "difficult" auditees, such as "the winner", "the silent", "the story teller", "the angry opponent" etc.
- More influence on improvement actions by your supplier by conducting the closing sessions with higher impact. How to get the supplier’s management "on the move" after closing an audit?
